Great For Beginners!

The introduction and explanation of what meditation is will really help beginners understand the purpose and benefits of meditation. The instructions explain how to meditate properly which is different from other guided meditation apps Ive used. Although Im not a beginner, I really benefited from using this app because the mantras really help me focus more than just music and deep breathing.
